We are excited to announce our newest team member, Carolyn Beck. Carolyn is joining us as an Accounting Clerk and (among other accounting tasks) will be assisting with customer finance support questions, and payment conciliations, new customer applications, and customer chargebacks. In other words, helping out finance team provide the best support possible to all our events.
To welcome Carolyn to our team and to give her the opportunity to tell her story, we spent time learning more about her both personally and professionally. Read on to get to know Carolyn.
Where are you from, and where do you currently reside?
I am from a small town in Central Jersey called South River and am currently living in Vineland, NJ.
Please tell us a little more about your background.
I have worked in both accounts payable and accounts receivable for the past five years.
What are you most looking forward to in joining the GiveSignup | RunSignup team?
I am very much looking forward to getting to know everyone and helping more nonprofits achieve their goals.
Tell us about your hobbies and interests, and what you like to do for fun outside of work.
Outside of work, I love finding and sharing local breweries with friends and family. I’m also looking forward to rejoining a hatchet throwing league!
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I received a nomination for Stage Management in college…only to find out later that I was disqualified for not being a Junior or Senior.
