The educational conference is heading to Saint Paul, MN this June for a two day event full of hands-on workshops, introductory classes, industry updates, and one-on-one time for all your technology questions. RunSignup University 2026 class sessions are divided between:

Who is RunSignup University For?

RunSignup University is for anyone who wants to level-up their technology implementation and collaborate with peers in the industry.

• Experienced RunSignup race directors looking to catch up on the latest releases and maximize the value of technology for their event.
• Newer RunSignup race directors with a basic understanding of race directing and RunSignup Technology who are looking to take the next step.
• Timers who want to master the latest RunSignup technology to support their races and increase their revenue opportunities beyond timing. The emphasis will be on RunSignup tools rather than deep-dives into RaceDay technology.

RunSignup University is intended for race directors and timers with some familiarity with race directing and the RunSignup platform. While we will have beginner classes in specific topics, we recommend you prepare ahead of time by completing the Prerequisites to review the basics of RunSignup.

What Kind of Education Can You Expect at RunSignup University?

In addition to organized classes, the RunSignup Study Hall will be available throughout University. Study Hall is an open opportunity to sit down with a RunSignup professor and ask all your burning questions, one-on-one. No appointments are necessary – just stop in whenever you have a break in your schedule and RunSignup team members will be available.

But Will There Be Any Fun at RunSignup University 2026?

Yes! While class time is focused, RunSignup University is also an opportunity to get to know your fellow endurance professionals and kick back for a little fun. There will be a Wednesday evening Happy Hour, a morning fun run, and networking breakfasts and lunches.
