Membership organizations can now view member discounts across all races with the new Membership Race Discount Report.
The report shows each race that offers member discounts to your organization with the total number of unique members who have registered, total member registrations across all years, and total discount value. For example, a member who registers for both the 5k and the 10k counts as one member but two registrations. Filter by registration date range, race IDs, or registration status to pull exactly what you need.
Use it to quickly answer questions like:
- Are members actually using their discount benefit?
- Which races attract the most members?
- How much total discount value are we providing across our race calendar?
- Where is member participation highest?
- What discounts were given during a specific time period?
The report is now available from the Membership Organization Dashboard (Reports >> Membership Race Discount Report). The next updates are adding this report to races, adding more helper text to report columns, adding a column for “Number of New Members” who joined during registration, adding a column for “Average discount per member”, and adding new filters for Race Start date.
