New Unsubscribe Process for Emails

We are in the process of rolling out a new Unsubscribe process for our email marketing system to reduce unintentional unsubscribes by your email recipients. Rather than the unsubscribe link within each email taking the action directly, it now sends the recipient to a page for confirmation.

There is no action events need to take to enable this – it will take a couple of days to implement across all 68,000 email accounts on our platform.
