What is peer to peer fundraising software?

Peer-to-peer fundraising software lets participants and teams create their own fundraising pages and raise money on behalf of your race or nonprofit. Instead of donors giving directly to the organization, they give to a specific fundraiser or team, who shares their page with friends and family. RunSignup’s peer-to-peer fundraising tools are built directly into race registration, so fundraisers and donations are automatically tied to the event.

How much does RunSignup charge for processing donations?

RunSignup charges a flat 4% processing fee on donations, with no additional platform fees. You can choose to absorb the fee, pass it on to donors, or ask donors to cover it at checkout.

Can I support more than one charity on the same event?

Yes. RunSignup lets you set up fundraising for a single charity or multiple charity partners on the same event. Donors and fundraisers can choose which charity they want to support, and donations are tracked separately for each one in your reports.
