RunSignup Event Contract
and Code of Conduct
RunSignup has simple, non-exclusive contracts.
We want happy customers – attendees and events own their own data.
Code of Conduct
Trademark & Copyright Infringement
Trademark and copyright infringement is the unauthorized use of a trademark, service mark or protected works on competing or related goods and services. As a race director, timer, or event organizer please be aware that when you list any type of event on RunSignup you need to be sure that the names, logos, images and other content you use to describe your event do not violate the intellectual property rights of another party.
TicketSignup takes intellectual property rights seriously. If you are an intellectual property rights owner or their agent and think that an event listed on our site is using content that violates your intellectual property rights, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Intellectual Property Rights Infringement” in the subject line and identifying the event that you think is infringing. We will work with you to remove any infringing content from our site as soon as possible.
Event Registration Insurance
Some of the races we work with choose to offer event registration insurance to participants in their events through a partnership we have with Allianz Global Assistance (AGA). For those events that offer insurance you will see a separate option to purchase when you are paying for your registration for a covered event. If you purchase insurance you will see a separate charge on your credit card for the insurance and you will receive an email from Allianz Global Assistance with details on your coverage.
If you have purchased event registration insurance for an event and have a question or claim please contact Allianz Global Assistance as follows: To manage your policy or file a claim, please visit: www.eventregistrationprotection.com. If you have questions regarding your insurance, please contact Allianz Global Assistance at 1-888-497-6987.
