RunSignup charges a flat 4% processing fee on donations. You choose how that fee is handled — absorb it as an organization cost, pass it on to donors, or give donors the option to cover it themselves at checkout. There’s no separate software fee for using RunSignup’s fundraising tools.

Can I support more than one charity with a single event?

Yes. RunSignup lets you add multiple charity partners to a single event and gives donors the option to choose which one they want to support. Each charity can also be given access to manage its own information, and you can set up direct payment so donations go straight to the charity rather than routing through your organization.

What’s the difference between individual and team fundraising?

No. When a participant registers for your event, RunSignup automatically creates a personal (or team) fundraising page for them — there’s no separate signup or account creation required. They can start sharing their page and collecting donations immediately after registering.
