This annual industry research survey, now in its 5th year, is the only research available that is specifically tailored to timers and offers important insights and trends in race timing. A spectrum of topics are covered, including general business approaches, technology adoption, current trends, challenges, and potential future industry changes.
We invite timers from across the industry to participate in the survey, regardless of whether you use RunSignup’s platform or technology. By sharing your insights and experiences, you play a pivotal role in helping the industry stay up-to-date with the latest trends and challenges.

The survey is open for responses until November 30, 2023. Results will be compiled and made available for all timers to be able to apply insights to their business practices. Select portions of the timer survey will be featured in RunSignup’s upcoming Race Trends report and a debrief will be presented during RunSIgnup’s 2024 Winter Timer Tour.
