It has been a busy couple of months with so many new and exciting features added to our Membership product. And customers are responding loving it with most of our old Club customers having upgraded by now. Plus we seem to be adding an average of 1 new membership organization a day. Let’s catch up:
Membership Self Serve and Membership Cards – We have added a lot of features to the beautiful new Membership self serve dashboard that each member gets, including editing members, editing information, access to the store, and updating question responses. One of the nice little additions is easy access to the Membership card (in addition to Apple and Google Wallet) and and easy “Print” button.
API Improvements – The API has been updated so customers can do more advanced integration work with their other systems, like a CRM. More info in the API documentation.
Club Discount Text Customization on Race Signup – Races can now choose whether to show a club discount message when participants signup (we used to hard code in a message). In addition, you can customize your own message.
Import Improvements – As more and more membership organizations are moving to the RunSignup Membership product, we are finding new ways to improve the import capability.
Member Quick Search – Easily search for members on the top right of the dashboard.
Question Options – We now give lots of flexibility for questions. Organizations can now ask questions for each member. Questions can require a response (or not). Organizations can now ask questions for specific Membership Levels. And Internal Questions can be added. These are questions the member never sees, but are useful for putting addition information with each membership. This is useful for transferring data fields from a CRM, or for adding specific information that you only want organization directors to be able to see and edit.
