We have noticed multiple customers having troubles with setting up their domain with Cloudflare as the name service.
There are a couple of important items to note in your Cloudflare setup:
- CName has to be set to “custom.runsignup.com” (no quotes)
- A Record needs to be set to 3.210.12.204.
- Additionally, Cloudflare has two options for doing proxies – “Proxied” and “DNS Only”. For RunSignup, this MUST BE SET TO DNS ONLY.
