There is a new notification that sends charity partners an email when a fundraiser and/or fundraising team signs up to raise money for their nonprofit.
To enable fundraiser created notifications for Charity Partners, navigate to Race >> Notifications >> General Settings. Scroll down to Race User Fundraisers. Check the Charity notifications to enable, then Save.
If you want to customize the notification that Charity Partners receive, click the notification. Scroll down to find the Charity notification. You can add additional text and rearrange how the placeholders are used.
Note that the Race enables the Charity Partner notifications for all Charity Partners. It is not customizable per Charity Partner.
