RunSignup is hosting its 2027 Timer Education Summit February 23-24, 2027 at the University of South Florida Health CAMLS facility in Tampa, Florida. he third annual summit brings timers from across the country together for two days of hands-on training, product education, and collaboration focused on the technology and tools that matter most to their businesses.

What to Expect

The 2027 Timer Education Summit features introductory and advanced educational tracks. This year, both tracks take a more interactive, workshop-style approach, giving timers hands-on experience with RaceDay Real-Time technology and the RunSignup platform while providing opportunities to troubleshoot, share ideas, and learn directly from RunSignup experts and fellow timers.

Workshop Training Tracks

Introductory Track: Designed for timers new to RunSignup, managers onboarding new staff, and those newer to the timing industry. Sessions will provide practical, hands-on training to build confidence with RunSignup and RaceDay tools.

Advanced Track: Designed for experienced and certified timers looking to deepen their expertise, troubleshoot more effectively, improve operational efficiencies, and explore RunSignup’s latest technology.

Across the tracks, attendees will get hands-on exposure to the latest product advancements, including Photo-Based Timing, the Real-Time Announcer Feed, RaceDay Scoring V6 performance upgrades, and RunSignup’s V2 custom website builder.
