Join us this January at our 2025 Timer Education Summit in Tampa, Fla., where timers of all levels can deepen their expertise with RunSignup’s RaceDay Real-Time products. Whether you’re new to the industry or a seasoned pro, there’s something for everyone. Designed exclusively for timers and for all experience levels, this summit offers a valuable opportunity to deepen knowledge and sharpen skills using RunSignup’s RaceDay Real-Time products. Over the course of one and a half days, attendees will gain greater knowledge through targeted educational tracks, certifications, and hands-on sessions, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.

Taking place on January 28-29, 2025, the education summit is ideal for both new timers and seasoned professionals. The program offers an excellent opportunity to onboard new timing staff at an accelerated pace. Attendees will also benefit from one-on-one time with RunSignup’s team and opportunities to network with fellow timers.

The cost to attend is a timer reduced rate of just $50. All sessions will be hosted at the University of South Florida CAMLS building in downtown Tampa. With limited space available, attendees are encouraged to register early.

We are offering two timer education tracks so that timers can select the sessions that are most suited to them. Managing timers can take advantage of the Introductory track to help onboard new timing staff.

Introductory Educational Track:

Tailored for onboarding new staff or timers just starting out, this fast-paced, in-depth track covers the essentials of the endurance event industry and introduces RunSignup’s powerful suite of timer technology. Participants will quickly gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed, with certifications awarded upon completion. All four of our timer certification courses will be available for timers to complete in person.

Advanced Educational Track:

Ideal for experienced timers who have already completed certification courses, the Advanced Educational Track takes your skills to the next level. You’ll dive into advanced scenarios, learn expert tips and troubleshooting techniques, and discover ways to grow your business by harnessing RunSignup’s most innovative features.

Product Demos, One-on-One Training, and Networking

In addition to the education tracks, the summit will include a RaceDay Real-Time technology demo room for hands-on training and assistance. Attendees will have the chance to connect directly with members of RunSignup’s development, support, and sales teams, gaining valuable face time to ask questions and share feedback. Plus, you’ll be able to network with fellow timers from across the country, exchanging ideas and building relationships that can benefit your business.
