RaceDay Scoring and MYLAPS: What’s New

RaceDay Scoring is proud to continue to be one of MYLAPS’ recognized scoring partners in the Americas. RaceDay Scoring and MYLAPS continue its integration. We’ve been closely involved with MYLAPS’ cloud timing efforts from the start, taking part in their beta process, and that hands-on relationship continues today as MYLAPS rolls out its Cloud Timing Beta.

MYLAPS Cloud Timing Now in Beta

MYLAPS recently opened up the Cloud Timing Beta to more timers, and we’re glad to be part of that development and testing process. If you missed it, MYLAPS’ webinar walks through what Cloud Timing Beta offers: on-site and remote timing, running multiple instances, full visibility into event data, live MYLAPS support, and plug-and-play setup with MYLAPS gear.

RaceDay Scoring Supports Latest MYLAPS APIs

On our end, we’ve also completed development to support MYLAPS’ newest v2 and v3 APIs. As part of that update, MYLAPS added a second layer of security to the integration: alongside the existing timer/event-based access, there’s now a partner-based key that identifies RaceDay Scoring specifically as the integration partner. We’ve implemented that partner-level security, so our integration is fully up to date with MYLAPS’ latest API and security standards.

In short: same trusted partnership, now running on MYLAPS’ latest API infrastructure, and we’re staying closely involved as Cloud Timing moves through beta.
