We have added better ways to allow multiple people within a charity to have access to their RunSignup charity account. In addition, we now allow charities to enter in their own manual donations.
Charity Access
From your Profile, clink on My Charities. There is a new option to grant access to others to see reports and make manual donation entries:
Adding people is simple. They will receive an email invitation. They must already have a RunSignup account, they can access the Charity from their Profile Page. If they do not, have them go to https://RunSignup.com/CreateAccount.
Charity Manual Entries
Race Directors can enable charities to enter manual donations. This is an option by each Charity you define for your race:
Once enabled, charities can keep track of manual donations:
And add new manual donations:
Note that manual donations will aggregate to the overall donations for that charity in the reporting. For example, the above manual donation would appear on the list of donations like this:
