Our development team just released an update to RunSignup’s integration with RACE RESULT 12. This update includes support for corral assignment syncing and some minor adjustments and bug fixes.
Bi-Directional Corral Assignment Sync
Corral Assignment data on Participant records in RunSignup will now bi-directionally sync with RACE RESULT.
Please note that races previously enabled using the previous version of the RACE RESULT integration will need to use the “Reset Sync” button to get Corrals to sync. Going forward this will be on by default.
Race Result Club/License Field Update
RACE RESULT Club and License are standard fields and users will not be able to update a RunSignup additional field to these names.
Further protection against duplicate field names at RACE RESULT
After an additional field is “established” at RACE RESULT (RunSignup has a RACE RESULT field ID), users will not be able to change the field name to something that ALREADY exists at RACE RESULT. Duplicate field names breaks RACE RESULT participant edit.
