The Quick Summary:
- The Endurance Community past several years of 5-9% growth might be coming to an end. The past several months of year-over-year growth of races happening in June – September was 1-4%. Note there is a larger increase in pricing, which means races are beginning to catch up to the cost escalations that have hit them. We will keep close watch on this, and expand the data in our year end report.
- Total Transaction volume is up 12% vs. our plan of about 9%, always a nice thing to be ahead of plan (mostly due to increased market share in endurance).
- Our RunSignup endurance events business is continuing to enjoy market share growth. We are reaching 60% market share in the US. And we continue to grow with the number of races up 13% (up over 2,000 new races happened in Q3 on our platform) and the number of registrations up 12% (up over 350,000 registrations) from last Q3.
- Q3 was a weak one for our ticket business. Our largest customer has continued to downsize their operations, which accounts for most of the reason we were flat. We also had two large 5,000+ ticket customers in 2025 that only happen every other year (air show) or 4the year (Track meet). Fall is our busiest season for tickets given the high number of Haunts and Holiday Light Shows using our patent pending timed entry ticketing, and we expect to see a decent increase in tickets in Q4.
- We have released our new AI Infrastructure, built to provide a scalable and secure foundation for our customers to leverage AI for their events. We will be rolling out a number of new AI features for our customers in the coming months.
- We released our AI Chatbot for Websites V2 and AI Contact Us Form successfully, automatically upgraded over 1,900 customers. The new Chatbot is much smarter because of pulling data directly from the database for accurate and fast answwers to pricing, participant management and results questions.
- Our technology platform continues advancing. We have started using AI Agents to create a weekly blog of updates. There are typically 60+ updates per week with tens of thousands of lines added to our codebase and thousands of lines of code removed (indicating good maintenance of our platform().
Q2 Numbers
Another solid quarter overall as we overachieved on our registration, transaction and profitability goals. This performance continues to make our employee owned company the safe choice, providing the best technology and support for our event customers now and in the future.

The endurance market continues to gradually expand. We published our annual Mid Year Trends Report, which contains a timer van full of data. This chart shows the races on RunSignup in both 2025 and 2026, so it is a direct YOY comparison:

We had nice growth in the number of races using RunSignup. Some of those continue to be from registration vendors closing down their products like Chronotrack, Enmotive and Stack/Get Me Registered/RaceWire. We also seem to be picking up more races from some of the other vendors who are not keeping up with technology and things like truly integrated websites and email.
Here are more detailed numbers in terms of race churn (races over 500) that did not recur in 2025 and Q3 of 2026, as well as races lost to competitors. The no race churn is historically low at only 3.3% and the competitor churn is also incredibly low at 1.5%. The new race growth of over 500 participants continues to be strong:

This chart shows all races on RunSignup that happened in each month. The growth reiterates that we are getting the majority of new events, and continue to have more races move from other platforms than the ones who move away from RunSignup.
