We are excited to bring out the final step of our Fast Registration Program: 1-Click Registration!
As the name implies, 1-Click allows a previous RunSignUp participant to register for a race in 1 click. The participant must be logged into RunSignUp (which is easy since we leave users logged in by default), and have stored their Credit Card to see this option. We then use their previously stored information like Shirt Size, Emergency Contact, and TXT Notification information to automatically enter as part of the registration.
Note: 1-Click also skips any custom sections and discounts and coupon code opportunities your race may have to give users this fast experience. Likewise, if the registrant does not have their Shirt Size or Emergency Contact information stored, then that data can be filled in later by having the registrants go to the Participant Management page.
Participants who are logged in and have a saved credit card have the option to do regular registration or 1-Click:
This option is available only to second year races. This is a nice feature to reward your frequent participants. You can turn the 1-Click option on in the Fast Registration setup under Quick Registration Options.
1-Click registration may not make sense for every race. For example, if you have stringent Waiver requirements. We have a message on the 1-Click button that says the participant agrees to the waiver. It might be useful to update your waiver to cover multiple years as well.
