You can now easily import offline donations either one at a time, or in a spreadsheet csv. In addition, the system will automatically generate a thank you email if that option is chosen. The import is done on the Donations -> Manual page.

When importing the spreadsheet, RunSignup will provide a page to align columns from the spreadsheet to the database:

Note the checkbox at the bottom of the page to send a confirmation email. RunSignup has a simple email, but this can be customized with your own header and information.
Note also if your race has Fundraisers, then you can also import either Fundraiser ID or name:
