We have added the ability to customize which fields are required for volunteer and club registration. Before these settings were set at the race level and they could not be customized for volunteers or clubs only.
Here are the steps to customize the fields for your volunteer registration:
- Go to Volunteers>>Setup
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and expand the Advanced Options section
- Then, choose which fields are or are not required
- Click Save & Continue
Here are the steps you can follow to customize the fields for your club registration:
- Go to Club>>Club Wizard
- Go to the 4th step of the wizard (membership levels)
- Then, choose which fields are or are not required
- Click Save & Continue
*Please note – if required fields are not forced during club/volunteer registration they will still show during the volunteer or club registration process- they just won’t be required.
