We are excited to announce that Kristina German has joined the GiveSignup | RunSignup team as our first Human Resource Manager. Kristina will be responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, training, compensation and benefits and other important HR related initiatives for our company including a diversity, equity and Inclusion program. She will work from our Moorestown, NJ office but will spend time in our other office locations as well.
Kristina grew up in northern New Jersey and went to school in Rochester, New York where she graduated with a double major in History and International Studies and a minor in Italian. Throughout most of her career, Kristina has worked in a human resources role. While her focus has been in talent acquisition, Kristina has also completed work in HR operations, processes, onboarding, and diversity/inclusion.
After spending some time living in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, Kristina and her husband, James, decided to relocate to southern New Jersey. Kristina and James have 3 fur-kids, a golden retriever named Belle, a black lab named Rogue, and a chinchilla named Daemon. In her spare time, Kristina is active with various racing events such as 5Ks, marathons, triathlons, Spartan races and more. When she is not training for or competing in a race, Kristina volunteers as an EMT/instructor and likes to travel.
