We’re Going on Tour!

We’re shaking things up this winter and heading out on the road to meet more of our customers! After evaluating our internal events goals, we have decided to forego our Winter Symposium in lieu of a series of smaller events in more corners of the country. This Roadshow will allow us to connect with customers who are unable to travel to meet us and will offer more options for real conversations with you.

RunSignup Roadshow 2023: FAQ

Will you come to my town?

We have a few locations identified and are working on logistics, but we are open to your ideas and suggestions for locations. If you want us to consider your town, fill out our recommendation form below. Priority will be given to cities with partners who have interested races that would like to attend.

When will the RunSignup Roadshow take place?

For now, we’re focused on the endurance offseason, between January and March.

What will the Roadshow Stops look like?

Our Roadshow is focused on networking and connecting with our customers; as such, stops will be capped with smaller groups. We will have a short educational session focused on new technology releases and best practices for (re)growing your events, followed by a social hour for networking. Want more in-depth training? Attendees will also have the opportunity to schedule individual meetings with our team before or after the event.

Who is the Roadshow for?

The RunSignup Roadshow is geared towards race directors and timers in the US endurance industry, with both customers and non-customers welcome. While we’ll touch on general event information, the focus will be on endurance events.

How do we sign up?

Look for an official announcement of roadshow locations later this fall. We’ll send out all location details via email and on our blog with plenty of time to plan ahead for the one nearest you!

What will Roadshow attendees get?

While some of the specifics may depend on location, every attendee can expect:

  • An educational session on the latest technology updates
  • An option to book additional meeting time with a member of the RunSignup team
  • Post-meeting social hour(s) with provided food and beverages
  • Print and digital copies of the 2022 RaceTrends report (hot off the presses in January!)
  • A small thank you gift

Why do a Roadshow instead of the Winter Symposium?

We’ve talked to a lot of customers in the last year about how creativity and re-thinking some of their traditional events have helped them to find surprising success. We love our Symposiums, too, but using some of our resources toward the Roadshow instead means expanding the range of customers that we get to interact with, offering more opportunities for in-person meeting time, and providing more education to more events.
