RaceDay CheckIn v3.2.42 is Now Available!

Feature Updates

Updated Multiple Waiver Signing Experience.

We made an update to the RunSignup Waiver Signing feature, which now allows the CheckIn App to view the status of waiver signing for participants when there are multiple waivers in use. Previously, we were only able to determine whether or not a participant had signed the waiver. With this update, we can now see how many waivers have been signed if the race supports multiple waivers. This improvement enables us to allow users to sign any outstanding waivers instead of bypassing the step because they had already signed at least one waiver.

In addition, we will now display the number of waivers signed/not signed on the Participant View. Previously, the “Waiver Signed” field could only be “Yes” or “No”. Now, if the Race is using multiple Waivers, something like “Waiver Signed: 2 of 3”.

Added Poor Network Quality Advisory Banner

We have recently introduced a new banner feature that will alert users when their network conditions are poor. This notification will be displayed under various circumstances, such as when a device is connected to a Wi-Fi router with a weak or no internet connection, or when the user is working under a poor cell service. With this new feature, users will be promptly informed about their network issues and can take necessary troubleshooting steps to resolve them.

Improved font scaling when the user has enabled accessibility features to enlarge text in apps.
