We had our fourth busiest day in history yesterday (after the day before Thanksgiving last year and the two Broad Street Lottery pick days of 40,000 participants). Our customers processed the following on September 30, 2024:
$ Transactions | $2,960,221 |
Registrations | 52,506 |
Number of Races with Registrations | 4,862 |
Donations | 6,109 |
Tickets | 1,878 |
What was cool is that it was just kind of a normal day.
Max transactions per minute | 125 |
Average transactions per minute 9-10PM | 85 |
System Utilization | 10% |
Releases of our Software | 19 |
Number of customer interactions | Over 450 |
That chart is right. We did 19 releases of our software yesterday during our fourth busiest day. One of the many advantages of our platform is that customers get improvements and new features between clicks. For example, a customer had reported that the fundraiser totals including registration dollars did not seem correct. We found we were not properly showing the transferred participants registration dollars in the fundraiser total and fixed that yesterday so the donation total on that fundraiser page went up by $55.

Platform
One of the advantages our customers and our team enjoy is that we have built a rock solid platform. We handle a tremendous volume that can continue to grow, and gets better every day as we learn and become better. We are employee owned and profitable with no debt and a singular focus on building technology for our event customers. And all of our customers benefit from this size and efficiency with the best product features, lowest cost and highest reliability available in the registration and ticket market.
Nearly 15 years of continuous improvement adds up over time. And we can’t wait to see some of the numbers our customers put up 15 years from now!
