We continue to make steady progress on our Membership product, like we do across our entire product line with a steady pace of improvements. We are seeing great adoption of the Membership product as outlined in this blog earlier in October.
Member Self Serve Portal
The big release for October was the new Self Serve Portal that gives members a single place to:
- See their Membership information
- Get their Membership Card
- Get their Apple Wallet Membership card
- Edit, Add and Change Members
- Edit Questions
- View and Add Store items
Membership Level Dashboard Update
As we add capabilities to our Membership levels, we have updated the dashboard page to simplify setup. The new dashboard page looks like this – easily segmenting features based on Membership types like Individual, Family and Organization. These are some of the options, which are very intuitive now to empower organization directors to control.
Add Store Items to Self Serve Portal
You can now see past store orders, as well as make new purchases.
CheckIn with Membership Card
The RaceDay CheckIn App now support checkin to a race with a Membership card. We cross reference the membership information with the race participant. This makes checkin even easier for running clubs with events.

Summary
We are happy that so many membership organizations are now using our Membership product. We are starting to see early adoption from membership organizations outside the running community, which is also encouraging. Next year as we do integrations with our TicketSignup product, we will see more and more adoption of this strategic product.
