You just hosted your race, but now what? You want to make sure you capture that momentum from participants and get early registrations for the following year.
RunSignup makes it easy to renew your race each year, keeping your existing URL, race store, and custom questions intact. Renewing simplifies updates like dates and pricing while ensuring your results page and reporting features grow year over year for better participant and performance tracking. Click through the below interactive demo to learn how to renew your race.
Important to note: If you had donations in the previous version of your race it is recommended that you check the box to create a new donation period. This will reset the donation counter and separate this donation period information from the previous one.
Don’t Let a Lost Login Slow You Down
One of the simplest—but most important—steps you can take to protect your event is adding multiple people to your race dashboard. When only one person has access to your event, you’re at risk of losing that access if they leave the organization or become unavailable.
Consider a school race run by a parent volunteer—if that parent moves away or their child graduates, the remaining team may have no way to log in and manage the event. That can lead to delays in renewing the event, accessing reports, or making critical event-day changes.
Adding at least two trusted contacts to your dashboard ensures continuity, shared responsibility, and fewer roadblocks when life (or turnover) happens.
Read this blog to learn more on why it’s important and how to share dashboard access.
