You can now set a custom reply to for Volunteer Emails. This allows volunteers to email with an address that is not the main race contact. There is an overall setting to apply to all Volunteer emails. In addition, you can override with custom Reply To names and emails per email – perfect for Volunteer Coordinators that want to communicate with the people signed up for their task(s).
Set the overall Reply To email and name for all Volunteer emails by going to Volunteers >> Communication >> Settings. Then click Save Settings.
When sending an email with Volunteer access or coordinator access, you can easily override the default reply to email and name.
The custom reply to offers more flexibility for Volunteer emails. In addition, it adds functionality for our major project of bringing Email V2 to fundraising, including fundraiser emails that individuals can send from their pages.
