New AI Chatbot Features Released

As we get closer to opening the AI Chatbot beta to all customers, we’re continuing to roll out exciting new functionality. These updates give you more control over the chatbot experience and make it easier to ensure the bot reflects your race’s branding.


Train a Better Response

Not satisfied with how the chatbot answered a question? You can now improve responses directly from the Conversations page. Update the answer, retrain the bot, and it will respond exactly the way you want in the future.

How to find:


Automatic Styling

Your chatbot will now automatically pull in your race’s theme colors from Website V2 and update its styling to match. Change your site’s colors? The chatbot will update automatically to keep everything consistent.

Custom Chatbot Logo

You can now upload a custom logo to personalize your chatbot. Supported file types include .png, .jpeg, .jpg, or .gif.

  • For best results, upload a square image (128 x 128px).
  • Images will display in a circle shape, so leave padding around the image to avoid cropping.

Checks Before Enabling the Chatbot

To make sure your chatbot works as intended, we’ve added checks for:

  • Website V2 – Your race must be using Website V2.
  • FAQ Component – The chatbot relies on FAQs to provide accurate answers. If you haven’t already, be sure to add the FAQ Component to your site.

Related Features

These new enhancements work alongside recent feature launches, including the AI Chatbot Page Component. Together, these tools give you more flexibility to decide where and how participants interact with your chatbot.

The AI Chatbot is still in beta. These features are available for beta users today, and they’ll be part of the full launch when the chatbot is available to everyone.
