If your race already has the AI Chatbot (BETA) enabled, this update is available automatically, no action required.

If you haven’t enabled the chatbot yet:

  1. Confirm your website is using Website Builder V2.
  2. Add an FAQ Component with at least three questions and answers.
  3. Enable the AI Chatbot (BETA) from your Race Dashboard → AI Chatbot (BETA) → Chatbot Setup.
