For our upcoming RunSignup University, we are requiring students to fill out a survey sharing their experiences (positive and negative) with both RunSignup and the current running industry. While you may not be joining us in person, we still want to hear from you! All race directors and timers are encouraged to fill out our Customer Feedback Survey.
If you don’t mind us reaching out to you, an optional email field is included. However, you are welcome to remain completely anonymous. This survey information will be used and shared only on an aggregate basis. We’ll go through your responses to identify greatest challenges we could help with, tweak our plans for development, and identify any small issues we may have missed.
