How to Set Up Fundraiser Milestone Notifications
Setting up automated milestone achieved notifications for your peer-to-peer fundraising events is quick and easy. You can configure your event to send celebratory messages whenever an individual fundraiser reaches a fundraising milestone for amount raised and/or number of donors.
First, navigate to Fundraising >> Individual Fundraisers >> Fundraiser Rewards. You must have milestones set up for Amount Raised and/or Number of Donors. Learn more about setting up fundraiser milestones and badges here. There is now a new option once a milestone is created to Configure the achieved email.

First, check the option to send an email when a fundraiser achieves the milestone.

You can now customize the Subject and Body of the fundraiser milestone notification. Add your content, then click Save.

You can repeat for any (or all) milestones for Amount Raised or Number of Donors.
