…If they are competing with RunSignup.
We have had a number of races and timers move to RunSignup from Race Roster this year because of our features and our price being significantly less expensive than Race Roster’s price. We estimate the customers who have moved represent about 150,000 registrations per year.

Race Roster is trying to turn the tide with some very aggressive pricing targeting large races with some limited success.
Two points to make:
1. If you use Race Roster or are thinking about using them, insist on them matching the RunSignup price. History shows they will if you press them.
2. RunSignup has standard pricing. Our Partner Pricing states clearly the discounts we make for volume customers. We think it is not fair to give special pricing to one customer because all the other customers are basically funding that special price. So you will not be seeing RunSignup do special deals. We hope our standard pricing and Partner Pricing discounts/revenue share offer a good value. Our pricing supports our continued development and customer support as a (not overly, but sustainable) profitable, employee owned company.
