Organizers use RunSignup for charity rides, road tours, gravel grinders, centuries and metric centuries, gran fondos, multi-distance recreational rides, and specialty rides like night rides. Tours range from small community rides to events like El Tour de Tucson, which had 8,300+ riders in 2024. Every tour can also use the BikeSignup.com URL.

Start in the Race Wizard and choose Bike Trip as your event type. Add each route as its own event with its own price and capacity limit. Then add your waivers and custom questions, like jersey size or emergency contact. From there, build your website, turn on email and fundraising, and open registration as soon as you’re ready.

Yes. Each route can have its own price, capacity limit, and start time. You can add time- or count-based price increases, coupon codes, and age-based discounts to any route. When a route sells out, riders can join a waitlist and get notified automatically when a spot opens.

Yes. You can add a donation ask during checkout, create a stand-alone donation page, and give riders individual and team fundraising pages. You can set a fundraising minimum if your tour requires one, and support a single charity or let riders choose from several. Built-in badges and milestone notifications help keep fundraisers going.

The tools are free for organizers, with no contracts or subscriptions, and free events cost nothing. For paid tours, riders usually cover a processing fee of 6% + $1 on carts under $250, and the fee drops for higher-priced registrations. Donations have a flat 4% processing fee, which you can absorb, pass on to donors, or ask donors to cover.

The free RaceDay CheckIn App runs on phones and tablets. Riders can get a QR code by email before the ride, and volunteers scan it or search by name at packet pickup. Volunteers can assign bibs and print labels on the spot. Anyone who registers on-site syncs straight into check-in, so your rider list stays current all morning.
