What Beta Users Are Saying
On excitement:
“THIS IS F***IN AMAZING! SERIOUSLY…. THANK U GUYS SOOOOOO MUCH! Not sure you can use the F***IN AMAZING on your site for a USER REVIEW!”
On accuracy and detail:
“After testing the RSU AI chatbot, I think it’s an insurmountable asset for us. The answers it provides are detailed, accurate, and easy to understand.”
On accessibility:
“My first reaction is that the Chatbot is lowering the bar for people who have questions and that’s critical. For people who don’t want to fill out a contact form, send an email, DM on social media, this feels more approachable and less confrontational with the huge upside of getting an answer instantly or the pathway to more information.”

Looking Ahead
The first 25 completed beta races have shown us that the RunSignup AI Chatbot has the potential to change how participants engage with events. With the fall season around the corner, we look forward to collecting more data and sharing insights as more races join the program.
