We have added Private Membership levels to our Membership product.
Private memberships can be visible to the public or hidden. They can also have a password.
A good example is a swim club that requires becoming a member by becoming a bond holder first, and then charging an annual membership fee. In the example here, the swim club also has open memberships for the month of August. So those options are visible to anyone coming to their website:
Bondholders will have a membership, so we can set up a Private Page on the website only visible to members after they login.
Transitioning a Swim Club to our Membership Product
An existing membership organization like a pool can transition to our membership product with the following basic steps that we can help organizations like swim clubs with:
- Import existing bondholders, and then send out invitations (with our free email platform) for them to setup accounts. We also make it easy to claim memberships by simply providing an email address to claim their membership/bond.
- Invite the bondholders to renew their annual membership.
- Once they renew once, renewals happen automatically.
- Self Serve – members have a self serve page to see their membership status, renew, or cancel.
