Where are you from, and where do you currently reside?
I’m from Ft Walton Beach FL and I currently reside in Melbourne FL.
What will be your job title at RunSignup, and what will be your responsibilities (be as specific as possible)?
As an Onboarding Account Representative, I help new customers get started smoothly by showing them how to use the platform, guiding them through setup, answering questions, and resolving issues. I manage multiple client projects at once, collaborate with support and tech teams, and gather feedback to keep improving the onboarding experience.
Please share additional details about your past work experience, your education and/or training, and any notable professional skills.
I’ve been working in customer-facing roles for over eight years, mostly in healthcare, wellness, and retail. Prior to joining RunSignup, I was a front desk receptionist at a dental office where I manage scheduling, handle a high volume of calls, and make sure patients feel welcomed and taken care of. I’m also a licensed aesthetician, so I do client consultations, scheduling, and education on services and products to build strong client relationships. Before that, I worked in retail and sales, where I focused on customer service, upselling, and training new team members. I’m licensed as an aesthetician in Florida and certified as a medical administrative assistant. I graduated from Viera High School and also attended Eastern Florida State College.
What are you most looking forward to in joining the RunSignup team?
I’m really excited about the chance to join the RunSignup team because I love helping people feel comfortable with new tools and making things easier for them. I’m looking forward to working with event organizers, guiding them through setup, and seeing their events come together successfully. I also like that this role is collaborative. I enjoy working with both customers and teammates to solve problems and keep improving the process.
Tell us about your hobbies and interests, and what you like to do for fun outside of work.
I like to stay active with tennis and working out, and I spend a lot of time at the beach. I also enjoy painting, cooking, and relaxing with a good book.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I’m currently learning how to surf!
