This small-group session focuses on building out RaceJoy for a multisport event. We’ll cover map-building for the bike and run, calibrating milestone frequency leg-by-leg (you set the cadence, and the bike often warrants fewer alerts than the run) and handling crossover points so progress alerts stay accurate, and best practices that make race day run smoothly. For those that wish to offer chip-based alerts in RaceJoy, we will provide step-by-step guidance on integrating RaceDay Scoring for chip-based alerts and predictive pace. After the session, breakout rooms will be available for brief 1-on-1 time to walk through your setup.
This workshop is for RaceJoy Certified Timers.

Timer Workshop Wednesdays is an online learning opportunity for race timers. Each session is a focused, small-group deep dive into a specific RaceDay technology topic, giving timers the chance to ask questions, learn best practices, and work through real-world scenarios. After each workshop, attendees can schedule a one-on-one follow-up session for personalized guidance tailored to their own events.
Once you register, you’ll receive a link to join the live workshop. Please come prepared with your laptop and any questions you’d like to discuss.
Please note: Workshop Wednesdays sessions are not recorded.
