We have now fully transitioned all races to RunSignup’s next-generation Email V2. Here are the key things to know:
- There is a new tab called Email Marketing (Legacy). You can view all sent emails, email templates, and view/export recipient lists. You cannot create or send new emails.
- If you have scheduled Emails in Email Marketing (Legacy), they will still send. You can also edit and delete these previously scheduled emails.
- We migrated all Email Capture, automated Price Increase, and automated Incomplete Registration Emails.
You will see both Email Marketing (Legacy) and Email V2 tabs in your dashboard.
We have a lot of resources to learn more about Email V2. With a new and improved Email Builder, prebuilt Emails, and Image gallery there are new features that make it even easier to send beautifully designed and professional emails.
