Existing Club Directors can upgrade their existing club from the Club Dashboard:
There is a warning page that explains what is carried over automatically (member levels, all members, etc.) and what is not (you’ll need to recreate the content on your club website and reset donation, coupon, store and non-director access settings – although you will still be able to see all of your legacy data and content). The upgrade happens instantly.
New Membership Organizations can create a new membership organization by going to the URL – https://RunSignup.com/MemberOrg/New. The biggest limitation today for new membership organizations is no Import capability. This will be coming in late April or May, 2024.
