RaceJoy Pricing
RaceJoy Certified Timers have unlimited use of RaceJoy as part of the annual RaceDay Suite license for events that use RunSignup’s registration.
For events not using RunSignup’s registration, RaceJoy is available for certified timers at a minimum price of $750 per event. Please contact us directly to request pricing details.
RaceJoy Certified timers can offer RaceJoy’s features—such as participant tracking, cheer sending, and live results—as an add-on service. The timer sets the price and handles invoicing directly with the race.
Timers are responsible for administering RaceJoy, including map setup, course adjustments, and ongoing coordination with race organizers and participants. They also have the option to integrate chip-timed alerts for official progress updates using timing equipment on the course.

Timers utilizing RunSignup’s registration platform also have access to an array of complimentary race-related technologies, including:

RunSignup Invests in Technology
Our continuing investment of major resources towards the RaceDay Real-Time Suite of products is not nearly covered by these fees. Our strategy is to provide timers with advanced technology that will in turn bring more registration business to RunSignup.
We continue to invest in advanced timer technology because we want to make sure we provide a modern solution for timers to provide a superior race experience.
As of January 1, 2024 RunSignup adjusted its tiered pricing to the more streamlined current approach.
